Data Protection Officer
The data protection officer is responsible for overseeing data protection within the school. If you have any queries regarding data protection please contact the Headteacher Miss Stockley.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation within EU law on data protection and privacy. At the William Hogarth School, we hold a range of personal data on our children Privacy Notice. We will not give information about you to anyone outside the school without your consent unless the law and our rules permit it. We are required by law to pass some of your information to the Local Authority (LA), and the Department for Education.
